Rules of the Site.
HAVE FUN & Enjoy yourselves
Assume you will be sharing the campsite with other groups unless you have booked for 80 campers.
No fires on site except within the borders of the campfire circle, or raised off the ground. There are also four stones laid into the ground alongside the south (next to the field) side of the site, these can be used for SMALL fires only.
PLEASE DO NOT DAMAGE THE GRASS.
Water & Rubbish
Please take all rubbish away with you. Nothing to be left on site.
Please ensure that all taps are turned off unless needed (water is charged by meter).
Please turn off the mains water before you leave.
Please do NOT wash up under the tap, use a receptacle to collect water to wash up with.
Please do not go down the bank on the South side of the site.
Please treat the site and surrounding areas with RESPECT.
Please do not cut / break / or rip down any live wood / bushes etc on site or in the woods opposite.
Take care crossing the road and adhere to the Green Cross Code.
Leave all collected wood in a tidy pile if not burnt.
NO Vehicles are allowed on site without the specific permission of the Warden.
FULL payment must be received before your visit. Deposits are not taken only full payment.
Bookings can only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received and cleared.
The following cancellations fees apply: cancellation within three months prior to visit = no refund. Before three months you will receive a full refund.
If you have paid by Credit Card or Paypal then once the transaction has been completed a receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you.
If you pay by BACS please email firstname.lastname@example.org so your booking can be confirmed.
